Closed Beta Terms

Thanks for helping test PasNinja Arcade. By creating an account or using the arcade, the desktop app or our online services during the closed beta, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL: fill in before launch]

1. Who can join

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
The beta is invite-only. An invitation code works once, for one account, and is personal: don't sell or trade it. We can revoke codes and beta access at any time, for example for abuse.
One account per person. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens on your account. Only one device at a time can play online with the same account.

2. It's a beta

Expect bugs, downtime, wipes and changes. The arcade is free and provided "as is", without guarantees. We intend to keep accounts and achievements when the arcade launches publicly, but XP, coins, inventory and other progress may be reset, and beta testers may get a special badge. We'll announce it before it happens.

3. Fair play and respect

Don't:

cheat, use exploits, bots or modified clients, or manipulate results, XP or leaderboards;
harass, threaten, insult, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content, spam or scam links;
impersonate others, including PasNinja staff;
attack, overload or probe our servers, or try to get around access controls, bans or the one-session rule;
copy, redistribute or resell games or files from the arcade.

Report problems with the Report a problem button (cheating, harassment, bugs).

4. Moderation

We can warn players, mute them, suspend accounts temporarily, ban them permanently, or remove beta access, depending on how serious it is. Online services refuse banned accounts. If you think a ban is a mistake, sign in and use the appeal form shown with the ban message; an admin will review it.

5. Games and content

Games in the arcade belong to their respective creators and are provided under their licences. The arcade's own code, design and branding belong to PasNinja. Download the desktop app and games only from the arcade itself; game packages are digitally signed by us.

6. Feedback

Ideas, bug reports and suggestions you send help us improve the arcade; you let us use them freely, without obligation to you.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost progress, interruptions, or indirect damage from using the beta. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

8. Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account from the Privacy Policy page. We can end the beta, or your access to it, at any time.

9. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of Algeria. We'll announce changes in the arcade before they apply; continuing to play after that means you accept them.
